The products that sell on the website are digital goods and cannot be “returned”, so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.
In case of dissatisfaction with the digital goods, you have the liberty to cancel the order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for cancellation and refund is as follows:
All our digital goods have a 14-day refund policy, from the date of purchase. At any point within these 14 days, write to [email protected] to claim a refund. Once processed, the money will be returned to your original payment mode within 3-5 business working days.
